Yamaha Trim TILT Seal Repair KIT F200 F225 F250 F300 V6 Super 1997+ FSM036

The item was easy to install. It fit my Yamaha 225 4 stroke perfectly. For my use, the package included more than what I needed. I would order this again if necessary.

Replaced old leaking tilt and trim seals on a 2003 Mercury 225 four stroke (a Yamaha F225 in Mercury black). Five Star was helpful over the phone in clarifying which seal was used where. Note the tilt piston cap inner upper seal is a single brown “bushing” in this kit vs. the original o-ring & white “washer” design. (See attached picture of the old seals durin removal) Kit includes the fill plug o-ring and preasure release o-ring. Nice to have everything in one kit, as the manufacturer doesn’t offer something like this anymore.
