Thule T2 Pro X Fat Tire Holder

OVERALL:These tire holders were a perfect and easy replacement for my Thule T2 bike rack. They offer stability, versatility, simple installation, great looks, and all that cheaper and more readily available than the original part. Definitely a good value and great replacement and upgrade.COMPATABILITY-THULE T2 BIKE RACK:These fit perfectly on my Thule T2 foldable bike rack. I didn’t have the original wheel tray/tire holders, so I had to find new mounting screws. I’m not sure if you can reuse the original screws or not. I used 4 coarse-threaded 5/16ths x 1.5 inch screws, and they fit perfectly and hold securely. I recommend also getting 5/16ths washers. The screws held firmly on their own, and I don’t think you’ll need locking washers.COMPATABILITY-BIKE TIRE SIZES:The widened V-shape works perfectly with all size bike tires–road bikes, mountain bikes, fat tires, and even those extra-wide e-bike tires. I carried 2 road bikes with 700x25c tires, and the narrow channel in the middle fit them perfectly.QUALITY:These are great products. They’re stiff and strong, super lightweight, and easy to install. The plastic is textured but smooth, and the stiffening ribs give an aggressive look. The edges are well-trimmed, and the fit is perfect all around.CONCLUSION:Since I was missing my wheel trays, I needed a replacement. These were both cheaper than the original and provided the upgrade of more compatibility with wider bike tires. Perfect upgrade for Thule bike racks or replacement parts if your wheel tray is missing or damaged. Highly recommend!
