Works perfectly as intended with one caveat: If you have a nice bike with a nice paint job, and we all do; you need to add something to this set up. Before you mount your bike into your Thule rack using the Thule no sway cage, get yourself a 6″-8″ section of black foam piping insulation from a local hardware or big box store. Place the foam insulation around your bike’s seat post and then clamp down the No-sway cage onto your bike. You will thank me later because as it is currently designed, the No-sway cage can put some nice scratches on your bike’s paint. Other than that, these work like a charm and your bikes ride snug without banging back and forth.
