My dad saw this and asked me if it was my nieces. She is 1.5! No. It looks so small and like it wouldn’t fit an adult, but it fits perfectly and is so comfortable! I didn’t even notice that I was wearing it. It had plenty of pockets. The first time I wore it, I had three bottles of water in the pack, snacks, and 4 shirts that I had acquired that day and didn’t have anywhere to put. They fit perfectly with no issue at all.

I bought this several months ago to train for a marathon. I’ve had hydration backpacks in the past and I’m not a huge fan. I love this vest. The bladder doesn’t slosh around and it’s the perfect size for longer runs. I love all the pockets to hold fuel and sunscreen. The bladder is insulated but liquids do not really stay cold. It’s pretty easy to clean and dry out. For me, the bladder is good for runs about 12 miles or so but I keep a collapsible bottle in one of the pockets to fill up at water fountains on longer runs. Highly recommend!

got this as a gift for my SO, she loves it. she’s done many long distance training and race runs with it and its holding up well 2 years later. The bag/water pouch is still in great shape and has plenty of water for longer runs. Additionally it has plenty of pockets to hold other stuff like your phone or headphones case (for wireless headphones) without getting too heavy
