Love this vest. The bladder doesn’t bounce as much as with other vests and there’s plenty of pockets for gel’s and stuff.

I’ve been training for a marathon and on my 20 mile long runs I need to hydrate and refuel. I tried running belts that hold 2 small water bottles as well as carrying a bottle. Belts bounce around while I run and it drives me crazy. Carrying a bottle in my hand for 20 miles wasn’t ideal either.This vest was just what I needed. The straps don’t chafe my shoulders at all and it fits really snug. The weight is distributed high on the back which makes it barely noticeable.I’ve already started recommending these to my friends. I’m 5’8″, 140 lbs and the XS size fits great. I think think there’s enough adjustment in the straps that someone bigger than me could still pull off the XS.
