Glovion Reflective Running Gear LED Armband Rechargeable

I use these when I walk early in the morning. They are bright, have three settings (I use the slow blinking one), hold a good charge, and are comfortable to wear. The only issue I had was that the ends of the Velcro straps wore a hole in an admittedly thin sweatshirt from the motion of my arms rubbing them against my sides. After I cut off the extra length of the straps, problem solved. If you have thick arms, this should not be an issue. These are not lights to see with, but rather to enable others to see you. They work perfectly in that regard. I highly recommend them.

Reliable, long battery life, and very bright. Like most such straps, it is a bit too large for those who don’t have large arms. They have a newer version that has more flexibility there and will probably fit most people but it is still a little big for me. Totaly fine for ankles, though.

I purchased these Glovion LED Armbands (from Gewei Industries via Amazon) in January of 2019. It is now December of 2019, and the armbands are still going strong. Since I bought them, I have worn them almost every night when going out for a walk (except for a couple of months in the summertime when it was light out until late). I bought the green ones, and I set them on “slow flash” mode for maximum visibility.First of all, these very bright armbands have saved me from getting hit by a car on multiple occasions. I live in the downtown area of my city, so when I go out walking in the early evening there are lots of cars and trucks driving around. On several occasions, I have been crossing the street in the crosswalk after dark, when a vehicle has tried to turn across the crosswalk and suddenly stopped just before hitting me. I am convinced that they stopped in time because of my bright, flashing armbands.Secondly, these armbands hold a charge well. I only have to recharge them once a week for a couple of hours, and then they last for a whole week of nightly one hour walks. After almost a year, they are just as bright as when I bought them.Lastly, these armbands are a conversation starter. Almost every night, when I am out walking, someone complements my armbands and asks where I got them.To summarize: If you are looking for a way to stay safe when you are out walking or jogging after dark, you should buy these armbands. You will be glad that you did.
