When my son first moved out-of-state and starting cooking on his own, he got into a whole ramen eating experience for MONTHS. Not a budget thing … just … he craved ramen – all the time! He made great meals and often sent me his ‘recipes’. So, ramen is a joke in our house. I had to get this for him lol.The ‘bucket’ design works well on anyone’s head, I think. It’s decorated with that Ramen package we’re all so familiar with. I wouldn’t call the colors ‘bright’ but they are typical of a ramen package. The design goes all around the hat, which is made of a soft, breathable material so – very little ‘head sweat’.I was surprised he actually wears it because, other than his cowboy hat, I’ve never seen him WEAR a hat. So, he must like it lol. By the way, he’s 37 so suitable for all ages lol.

I thought this would be a fun hat for my students who needed to borrow a hat to wear during our culinary cooking labs. With vibrant orange and yellow colors and images of noodles and other foods on it, it looks like you’re wearing a package of ramen noodles on your head. It’s lightweight with a wraparound brim that can be worn up, down or kinda both at the same time. The hat can rest comfortably on my head. However if I try to press the crown down, it’s a bit too small for me to wear. Hopefully it won’t be a problem for my highschool students.Now here’s the one issue I had with this product: it took forever to get to me. I’m not sure if there were production delays and Amazon was waiting for a new shipment of hats, but it took a couple of weeks to get to me. I kept getting delay notices from Amazon, as there was tracking on my item. But it finally arrived, and I look forward to seeing the faces of my students when I show this hat to them!
