CamelBak Rim Runner 22 Hiking Hydration Pack – 85 oz

I bought this with the idea of doing some day hikes and the first hike was to Camp Muir on Mt. Rainier. This was the perfect size and was extremely comfortable to carry throughout the entire hike. The water bladder is the perfect size and I love how it has it’s own compartment that is separate from the rest of the backpack

Originally this was a ⭐ review but due to good customer relations from CamelBak, I have a good water bladder now. I’m happy with how CamelBak solved this. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ORIGINAL ONE ⭐ REVIEW:The bladder leaks and customer service hung up on me twiceI have used CamelBak products since the 1990s when I was mountain biking and later when I was in the US Army. Up to now, the reliability of CamelBak products have been 100% effective every time. This bladder leaks and can’t be fixed at home. When I called CamelBak customer service they asked me to leave them a call back number. After a couple of hours I was called back and I was hung up on when I picked up the phone. Then an hour later it happened again. My wife’s CamelBak that I ordered on the same day works fine. An option of getting a replacement bladder that doesn’t leak on the first try and all other attempts would be awesome. So would customer service that I can reach. I’m on hold now with tiny bad jazz instrumental music because I won’t use the call back program again. This is pretty bad.
