I don’t climb, but I hook these on about everything: backpacks, water bottles, tarps, suitcases. I’ve had them in the dirt, sand, water, everywhere for years, and I’ve only ever had 1 (out of 50+) jam. Great product for a fair price 🙂

These are great for my gym needs. Bought twice, wish the price was better so I can get more. Unlike steel ones, these don’t rust. A must for my overly sweaty hands. They’re very light, and the hinge is perfect, ie. not too light or heavy when opening and closing. And, no sharp edges to deal with. It’s a high quality carabiner.
