These seem to be very strong and of high quality. One of the mouting brackets did arrive with a flawed finish (bubbles and rust), but I called customer service and was taken care of. I didn’t have to deal with an automated system. There was no wait time to speak to a rep and the rep offered to send out a replacement bracket right away. All of the other products were flawless and of high quality. Even down to her lock nuts with nylon inserts. Because of the one flawed piece I would have given only 4 stars if the customer service wasnt so easy and helpful.

Easy assemble, Easy to taken and off. My Kayak J Bars came with2 different types of tie down straps. the ratchet straps were not a high quality, but they work just fine. I have approximately 6 Hours of 70+ mph highway driving with them on my vehicle. Again, Zero issues. Great item.
